EXTENSION - LOFT CONVERSIONS - BASEMENTS - RENOVATIONS
VISIT
A SLICKCONSTRUCTION consultant will visit you at your home to discuss the design options and the building regulation requirements. We will give you a fixed price quotation.
ARCHITERCTUAL PLANS
SLICKCONSTRUCTION COMPANY will send you a copy of the architectural plan for approval and will also send a copy to the Local Authorities. It takes approximately 7-8 weeks for the council to decide on application
PROCESS
A small deposit is required to confirm your booking and get the process started. We will then allocate your project to the drawing team and we will give you a proposed starting date.
TEAM ARRIVES
The building team arrive on the agreed starting date. Before this we will deliver the skip and the scaffolding erected where appropriate.
FULL SURVEY
One of our designers will visit your property to do the full measured survey. The drawing normally takes 2-3 weeks to be completed and then get them registered to the Local Authorities.
COMPLETION
The construction work will last approximately 8-10 weeks for an extension, 6-8 weeks for a loft conversion and a basement or any home renovation will take 3-6 months. After the completion of your project you will will receive a two year guarantee for the work.
